Project Ajuda'T

What is the project "Ajuda'T":

This project was born with the purpose of creating a methodological proposal that serves for the personal realization of people with disabilities, through work activity and also through their employment, thus being able to demonstrate their skills and abilities.

From the Association and based on our experience, we understand "methodology" as the concretion of a model and not an explanatory method, therefore, the content of our project is to combine elements of reflection and lines of application, thus avoiding the presentation of established and static protocols more typical of manuals.

Starting elements "Ajuda'T":

One of the backbones of our project is Employability and also the needs detected by society and its labor insertion. Once its axes have been analyzed, we will be able to effectively develop our project.

The lines of application are focused on the improvement of the person's key competencies, since these are the key to improvement and employability. We will start from this competency and constructive model.

All people have competence capital and are therefore employable.

This idea is linked to the fact that companies are increasingly offering jobs in terms of competencies. We also think that this model is becoming key in the organizational framework of the company and is especially relevant when it comes to adapting the processes of accompaniment to insertion.
